Rejuvenate your hardwood floor with Professional Floor Buffing and New coat of finish starting
at $1.00 per square foot (only recommended for floors that are less than a few years old -
otherwise consider complete sand and refinish)

Prefinished floor installation starts at $3.00 per square foot (does not include wood, see

Stairs - Varies, Contact Us for quote

Generally, stairs are priced as follows for oak, standard 3-4ft steps: $35 per tread; $20 per riser; $60 for
installation, sand, finish per step base price (stain or finish option may vary this slightly)
Other wood types and exotics start at $60 per tread; $30 per riser; $60 for installation, sand, finish per
step
